Per the Association's Master Deed, distinct responsibilities are delineated for both the Association and individual co-owners. The Association is tasked with the specific responsibilities of decorating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing items in the Association column. Conversely, each co-owner is entrusted with the corresponding duties related to the Co-owner column. Additionally, co-owners are strongly encouraged to conduct annual inspections of their individual plumbing systems and smoke detectors to ensure the continued safety and functionality of these crucial components. As part of our commitment to community well-being, co-owners are urged to promptly report any issues they observe. Your vigilance and timely reporting contribute significantly to maintaining the overall health and quality of our community.
