Notice of Intent to Lease Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 13 - Co-owners must inform the association in writing at least 10 days before completing a lease for a condominium unit. Lease Conditions Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 01, units are strictly for single-family use. Leases, with a minimum 12-month term, must encompass Condominium Document provisions. Co-owners bear responsibility for ensuring tenants and guests adhere to all outlined conditions. File Actual Lease
Tenant Compliance Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 13(b) - Tenants and non-co-owner occupants shall comply with all of the conditions of the Condominium documents of the Condominium project and all leases and rental agreements shall so state. Association Lease Addendum
Automobile registration Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 9 - All automobiles maintained on the Condominium premises shall be registered with the Association. Association Lease Addendum

Insurance Amended Bylaws 1986, Article IV, Section 1(a) - Tenants must obtain insurance for personal property, Unit improvements, personal liability, and disaster-related expenses. The Association doesn't provide this. H-04 Renters Policy
