Documentation Matrix: Co-owners

These are the essential documents that co-owners are required to file with the Association as detailed in the governing documents. Please note that for any conflicts between this summary and the Master Deed and its exhibits, the Master Deed takes precedence.

Designated Representative Amended Bylaws 1986, Article I, Section 2(e), each co-owner must provide written notice to the Association, identifying the authorized representative for voting and receiving communications at Association meetings. The notice should include the representative's name and address for documentation. Designated Representative Form
Insurance Coverage Amended Bylaws 1986, Article IV, Section 1(a) requires co-owners to secure insurance for personal property, liability, and alternative living expenses. The Association is not responsible for obtaining coverage. Co-owners must submit policy copies for verification. Designated Representative Form
 Notification of Mortgage Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VII, Section 1 mandates co-owners to notify the Association when mortgaging their unit, recorded in the "Mortgages of Units" book. The Association must promptly inform the primary mortgage holder of any unresolved default within thirty (30) days. Designated Representative Form
Vehicle Registration & Parking Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 9 - All automobiles maintained on the Condominium premises shall be registered with the Association. Designated Representative Form
Pets Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 6 - No animals, including household pets, shall be kept without prior written consent of the Board of Directors of the Association. No dogs allowed. Designated Representative Form
Emergency Access Amended Bylaws 1986, Article VI, Section 12, the Association or its agents can access units and Limited Common Elements for maintenance with prior notice. Co-owners must facilitate access; otherwise, the Association may reasonably gain access without liability for resulting damage. Designated Representative Form
